The hotel was nice very good location. Near to shopping and restaurant. Staff is pleasant but not attentive. Issues not resolve until check out. Manager aware but did bot give compensation to make me feel better.

Wonderful stay, lovely hotel but please please sort the air conditioning out in the rooms.... It doesn't work and rooms were too hot!!

From arrival to exit our visit to Paris was enhanced by a lovely, caring, attentive Staff at M Social Hotel. We felt secure, loved the room we were offered and had not a single complaint regarding our stay in Paris. Close to shopping and extraordinarily excellent cuisine, the knowledgeable staff were ready at every opportunity to guide us to “the best” of everything Paris has to offer. Thank you for making our our first trip to Paris what we hoped for and so, so much more.
