Nice place, convenient location, street outside is loud as are the church bells. Do not recommend ordering taxi or Uber from there but instead walk a few blocks away

This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning.
The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.

My stay at Vienna International was incredibly pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt safe exploring the old town, and the location was conveniently close to everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to guide me on tours to take, provide safety tips after hours, and even walk me to the front to ensure I got into the right car. Definitely recommend this place.

Would not stay at this hotel again, even though the rooftop terrace was lovely and the staff were very good. The room itself is simply too loud, not designed well for travelers, and there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. We travel frequently and like staying in the downtown area, But also appreciate a very functional room travel. This room simply was not workable for luggage or any kind of hanging of bags or towel towels, there was no rack for towels at all in the bathroom. The most frustrating thing about the room was the amount of noise that was unrelenting until well into the night and started it again in the early morning. Earplugs are a must. Next time in Glencoe, we will stay someplace else.
