Great location, amazing staff, clean room
Great place to stay for people looking to be close to nightlife. Hotel bar was open until late and the food was lovely. The room was a good size and had everything we needed for a week stay. Cleaners came everyday and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was always someone around if we needed anything. I had a few injuries while there and the staff were all more than happy to help me and even check up on me for the rest of my stay. We never struggled to get sunbeds. For the price, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough

Staff are all so rude, horrible hotel
Please don’t come to this hotel unless ur literally coming just for the strip. The staff are so RUDE, they didn’t even realise we was half board and the restaurant wasn’t open the first day because me and my partner was the only on who booked it. No one told us until we asked at reception. They did not even apologise that they forgot. They just gave us a small menu and they decided what we can and can’t have. All waitresses and bar staff are absolutely lovely. It’s just a shame reception and all the managers are vile. Making horrible remarks to you when u walk past, you’re not aloud to even drink ur own water because it’s not bought from the hotel. We ended up banning the cleaner from our room, due to her LEAVING OUR DOOR wide open. Luckily nothing was stolen. After reporting this to reception. Again no apology. Just, we will tell them not to come in. All room showers are broke, showers don’t get hot, you have to have a freezing cold shower due to no warm water. And the sink in the kitchen doesn’t have cold water only hot. Again overall we didn’t let it ruin our holiday, Ayia napa is great and the holiday was amazing and we met some amazing people around the pool and on the strip. If you can get past all stated above, it’s okay for a cheap stay for partying.

Room was genuinely like a prison, wouldn’t recommend a worse place to hit a bad yin… THERES NAE SHOP (gutted). Food was heavy expenny but was acc no bad…. full of men w speedos rly weird…. ur no allowed into the reception when ur hairs wet again. rly weird… All round heavy bad yin however snack mania is class defo recommend, quite close to strip but bus dropped me off missions away n a was pure sweating trying to find the blooming place. Can someone tell me why the heck this was £907 and also why is there a parrot? p.s i got a different room coz even the manager said av been bumped so aye no great prob would go back tho just to retrieve the dignity a left behind. SUN LOUNGERS ARE GENUINELY LIKE SITTING ON AN ELECTRIC STOVE N UR SKIN IS BURNED ON. They also made us shower in a cupboard before we left i honestly have no idea what that was about our room was still ours for like another day. Napas a great place but n the pizzas smashing

Great holiday in Cyprus
My best friend and I stayed there from June 8th till June 18th .
Our studio apartment was spacious and the kitchenette was nice, even though we mostly ate outside. It definitely matched the pictures so we weren't surprised when we arrived. The location was great, close to the city center while also near the beach , also with a nice pool.
What I would highlight are the staff , they were helpful and nice , so they made us feel welcome.
Overall I would say I am pleased with the hotel and I would recommend it .

Fabulous staff, clean, friendly and well worth a stay
Looking at the reviews after staying here for 5 days I'm not sure what planet Amy S and Milina H are on. Everyone entitled to their opinion but from what we experienced was nothing like they described.
The apartments were easy to find, just off Nissi Ave between the main strip and Nissi Beach. Location is spot on, walking 5 minutes to main strip and around 20 min to Nissi Beach. The room had 2 stove burner, kettle, fridge and etentials. Breakfast was great and the food we had was amazing.
Like most post mention, the staff are amazing, Harriet (bet I spelt that wrong) Mary T, Maria and of course George. Nothing was too much and they treated you like a VIP. We loved every minute and I'm sure we will be back
