RUINED HOLIDAY
First of all, I would like to point out that the structure is located on a rise and to access it it is necessary to climb several stairs, therefore it is impossible to reach it with a stroller - anything that is not specified causes inconvenience.
The first room we were assigned had poor and outdated furnishings, the cleanliness was absolutely not the best and space was sacrificed. But it wasn't this that made us ask for a room change, but rather a strong smell of vomit that was unbearable. Furthermore, a very shabby and dirty cot had been prepared for us for the little girl (luckily we had brought our own). Once the room had been changed, we were placed in the adjacent one, which presented the same uncomfortable situation as the first, but on top of that there was a very strong smell of mold (you could see it under the bedside table, on the walls which were peeling...) and after sleeping the first night we realized that the environment was not at all healthy for us but above all for the newborn. The following day we requested a new room change, but we were told that those two rooms were available and that the apartments were otherwise available but that we would have to pay more (and in any case we were told by the receptionist that he would have to ask the his boss who was only available in the morning and that we would definitely have to sleep in that room that night too). Nobody cared about us anymore and we decided (reluctantly, it was our holidays!!) to leave the hotel one night early. We weren't even given a discount on the night we didn't stay. The most serious thing, in addition to the carelessness of the fact that a newborn was also present in the structure, is the fact that the hotel is reported as a four star, suggesting a certain level of standard, which is absolutely not respected.

Durch das nahe gelegene Padova Hotel mit Animation machmal etwas laut durch die Musik.
Aber nur am Nachmittag. Stört nicht weiter.
