Hotel was great...adults coming in a 11 pm and causing lots of noise not soo much. Obviously no the hotels fault just amazes me how inconsiderate others are. We had 2 kids and made sure they were always quiet because of being in a hotel.
Staff was amazing..so friendly and the kids loved the pool

Was very upset to arrive extra early for a softball trip so my kids could swim to find out the pool and hot tub are both broken. Was told it had only been a few days but I believe that isn’t the truth as they told my husband that nobody could fix them and that newer hotels don’t even want to put them in because they are so expensive. There was nothing on the website stating this i checked before and after we left.
