Beautiful view but paying customers should come first

The hotel seems newer, clean, friendly day staff, lady at the front desk was incredibly nice. Restaurant was fast and server was sweet to our children. Kids eat free with adult meal. Rooms are average as far as size but have an amazing view of the mountain. Outdoor pool was clean and faces the mountain also. Only down fall was the evening staff lady invited her family to the pool which was about ten people. There was another hotel family in the pool and hot tubs which fills up fast. Only down fall is that the pool and lounge chairs should be able to be used by paying guest not front desk workers family that was not paying for the amenities.

Great stay!

Everyone was kind, breakfast was good, beds were comfy and pool/hot tub were refreshing after a day in the heat on our feet!

Holiday Inn La Verkin-Zion Park Restaurant

Holiday Inn La Verkin- Zion Restaurant was amazing. Something you don’t expect from a hotel restaurant always. The burger was a 12/10, the best burger with great flavor. Our server was Sharon, be sure to ask for her when you get seated- she was professional, friendly, and the service was awesome. Would stop here to eat, now that we know, even if we were not staying here. Well Done to the chef and staff at the restaurant.

Exceeded expectations!

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel smelled nice, was clean, comfortable. The pool was perfect temp. Dustin, maintenance manager, was vacuuming the pool to assure the cleanliness of the water. Staff gave us extra linens and my daughter needed feminine products and they assisted with that too. Excellent customer service!!

Fantastic hotel

A much needed respite. We only stayed one night. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Everyone was super nice including Trina at the front desk and Gabriel at the restaurant. Restaurant prices are phenomenal and breakfast was a large portion. Very tasty. Very comfortable beds. Lots of little room amenities. Huge room. We were thrilled with this hotel.
