The executive room is exceptionally clean. It smells good too. Location is convenient as well only 5 mins from MTR station. It has a laundry room on the 2nd floor which free of charge. But you will need to buy detergent at front desk or prepared by yourself. Highly recommended!

Location, Location, Location

Our second visit to Hong Kong, the first time we stayed in Kowloon and this time enjoyed it much more due to the location of The Mercer. The location was ideal for all we wanted to do while in Hong Kong. It was also fairly close to the MTR so we used the Airport express and one stop on the MTR to reach the hotel.
The hotel is a bit tired but it was clean and comfy so ideal for what we needed.

Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK
