Fantastic service from the level 1 reception area, I didn't have a local number to order takeaway so one of the boys at the level 1 reception - C. provided his own number for me to use and he even messaged me when the food arrived. My housekeeper was also very attentive, she left a personal note welcoming us and put extra water in the room because it's a hot day. As a mum travelling with two young kids this really made my stay here very comfortable.

Location is good

If you are afraid of high temp. Don’t book. There’s no ac/fan in elevator. So in hallway. It’s so hot in the elevator. There’s ac on the first and second floor. It has visible mold behind the sink. Room is kind of small. Staff were nice, but uniform is too casual. The location of this hotel is golden. Very walkable, bikeble. And subway is just around the corner. Walking distance to SANLITUN.

Great comfy base, just lacks atmosphere

Huge comfortable bed, lovely spacious room, lots of free bottled water stocked up and a fridge to use as you see fit. Nice bathroom and lovely big shower. We had a room on 11th floor.
Team were friendly and helpful, but the hotel just lacks any atmosphere I’m afraid. No bar to enjoy a late (or early) drink.
Great base, taxi pick up at front door, just not a welcoming arrival given check in is on the 2nd floor and lacks any excitement or atmosphere, which is a shame given everything else positive it has going for it.

Accessibility Good location and comfortable and youthful room interiors

The bed is very comfortable and nice to sleep, there are simple snacks and drinks and liquor in the lobby on the second floor, but it is not enough to enjoy food in the hotel and move to the next building or look around.

Very clean and modern hotel with normal service quality. Downsides that I personally dont like is they dont have onsite free laundry service, and the location is considerably not very convenient.
