Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.

A disappointment and abysmal service and attention

I don't usually write reviews on Trip Advisor. But this one I do because I think it is necessary for others not to end up choosing this place. First of all, this is not a boutique hotel. The only remarkable thing is the view of the mountains, the rest very bad. The small rooms and very basic. It even happened to us that one of the beds was not even made. Rooms didn't have the basics of a boutique hotel, like bottles of shampoo or lotion and there wasn't even a spare toilet paper. We arrived at 3.30pm and the restaurant and bar did not open until 7pm. That is, the restaurant operates only 3 hours for dinner. Very basic food and cocktail menu. The only person attending the whole place had very poor treatment and disposition. For example, when we arrived we didn’t know where to park, we signaled that he would help us and although he saw us from reception he did not leave. When we went to reception we asked if we were well parked he answered us very badly and reluctantly that we did not and told us that we had to move the car (which was no problem, the problem was his way of treating us). When we sat down to eat, we asked him what dish he recommended and he told us textually “I load Chilean food, so I don’t know”. And so a series of situations that really made this the first and last time to choose this place in Santiago.

LOUSY!!!

Lousy experience!!!! Poor cleaning, the shower water came out cold (the solution we were given was to shower in another room), we were charged twice, the road to enter was in bad shape, and one of the people who attended us had dismal disposition. They turned an experience that was supposed to be relaxing into something unpleasant. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Boutique hotel in Santiago

Beautiful Boutique hotel. You manage to connect with nature and tranquility in the heart of the city. The pool super cute and the common spaces quite comfortable. Simple and elegant, highly recommended for couples or friends. The restaurant offers simple meals, if you are looking for something more elaborate, there are more options in the vicinity.
