Awful Accommodations

The worst place we stayed. Ever. We were given a room for 2 couples with a bathroom within the one bedroom, so one couple had to walk through the other's bedroom to use it. They did change rooms for the next night with 2 bathrooms, however we had to go get towels as there were none in the room. The wifi was nonexistant. There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen, but the worst thing was how filthy and in disrepair the place was. This is just a sample ofsome of the room. There was also no cleaning service the whole time we were there. We got out of our last night booked, with no penalty, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Do not go

It's rare that I don't recommend a place to stay. Mostly the good things prevail over some nasty things. This is not what it says to be and even more it's worse.
First, everything is dusty and dirty. Second, wifi is only in the lowest way accessible in front of the office... Come on, it's almost 2020 and I can't have wifi in my room?
Than about the swimming pool... Do not make me laugh. I'm not that big but just one jump would empty the pool.
Than I had to lock my patio doors with a wooden stick. That safe...
Perhaps my Asian standards are to high?
So, drive by and go to another Hostal.
The only one good thing was the shower though.

Very very bad

It was the worst of the worst night in Chili so far. Its a dirty hotel, very bad beds, the kitchen is terrible and the outside air comes true all the not good closing doors and windows. It is to much money for to less. Please avoid this hotel, it gives Chile a bad name.

To avoid!

We choice the restaurant of this hotel , for excellent position and others tourist suggestions!
Exposed long menu , as for fish but not corresponding to the actual availability ,
and for sure not ''of the day''.
Staff no so friendly , probably with hotel outside guests!
Price so high , considering food quality and satisfactory list of wines.
Credit card are not in love on place!

Mala experiencia

Buena ubicación, a primera vista se ve un bonito lugar , pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear , estuvimos en dos cabañas , había mucho polvo , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , el agua caliente del lavaplatos tampoco , ni la campana de la
Cocina . Habían muuuuchos zancudos , nos picaron a todos .
