Fantastic location

Fantastic location,friendly efficient staff . The room was comfy and clean. They got us an extra pillow within minutes of asking. They held £80 for damage but it was returned to my bank account within days. The bar staff were friendly and I found the cocktails reasonably priced. The hotel was ideally located for the pearson airport just jumped on the ups train then a quick uber to hotel .if I was to return to torronto I would definitely stay here again

Pictures can be deceiving

the bed was the only thing that was made correctly in the room before we walked in. aside from the bed, the table tops had dirt on them and the wash had a smell to it

Best hotel we’ve been

Great hotel, location is good alot of nearby restaurants. Kids area is good. Clean rooms. Nice view in balcony.

Worst experience

I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the stay when it had asked for review. It was unpleasant and expensive. I only booked due to the convenience of the location
