This was a great location as far as trying to find somewhere between Jasper and Banff. The mountains were beautiful right next to the lodge. The Wi-Fi was not good. The restaurant was OK. The location was a little off the beaten track, but the drive was nice.

No cleaning of room, no towels for second day. Bare minimum furniture. Blankets had tears in them. Sheets and pillowcases dingy. Rusty half missing, non-working heater still in bathroom. Some staff did not speak English.

The room was clean but the place is seriously overpriced. Staff are rude and useless. Only saving grace was the laundry but that was also a rip off.

It’s a motel. Tired and basic, but relatively clean in the room with some doubtful patches and smelly pillows.
Unhelpful staff.

Bit pricey for the room, restaurant is good. We got a room without view while clearly there were rooms available with view.
