Great option for overnight stays

Old hotel, very well located, just a block of the highway. Very clean, closed parking and safe. The rooms were refined, corridor tb. Although they keep the old glass windows. A good coffee with all the basics we need.

No tax bill or receipt! Be careful for those who need to stay by the company!

It was not the first time I stayed at the hotel, but in this last stay I stayed 3 days and eventually I needed my NF and was informed that the system was out. After 4 days I tried NF because I need to inform the company for refund and I was still informed that the system was out. Finally I asked for a normal receipt or even a canhoto from my lodging to put in my RDV and did not want to do, attendant of the whats extremely rough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Atendimento P-É-S-S-I-M-O. Atendente noturno extremamente mal educado e grosseiro. Grita e ofende clientes, achei que fosse me agredir. Toda confusão por ter pedido um prato e talheres para jantar. Mandou que eu procurasse, não achei e pedi ajuda. Me indicou que usasse o talher da foto, imundo. Me indignei com a limpeza dos talheres e falou que eu que lavasse. A pia estava um nojo, restos de comida e pia suja. Nunca fui tal mal atendido em nenhum hotel que fiquei. Atendimento de 5a categoria. Além disso, instalações antigas, mas com cama confortável. Banheiros com mau cheiro de ralo, chuveiro com pouca pressão e barulho de sistema de ar condicionado incomoda demais, principalmente às 5:30 quando o ligam. Não abastecem frigobar, tem que buscar na recepção. Lamentável, para ser ruim falta muito.

Peca na internet.

Internet de PÉSSIMA qualidade. Tive que cancelar duas reuniões online pois a instabilidade da internet não deixou acontecer.
Não se consegue ver um vídeo, não se consegue participar de hangouts.
A toda hora cai ou nem conecta.
O hotel é ok, para os padrões da cidade.

Fachada não corresponde com a habitação

Bela fachada de uma construção antiga.
Recepção combina com o tema externo.
Já os quartos, apesar de terem um bom tamanho, são antigos e necessitam de uma atualização.
O café da manhã é muito bom.
Os funcionários são atenciosos.
Boa localização para quem está de passagem.
Preço muito acima do que entrega (parecido com outros da região).
