Wonderful place, with some areas for improvement.

Beautiful place, beautiful view, very well structured chalet. Delicious heated pool, great bathtub, great for couples. But I expected more from the “exclusive” promise and the price. We have stayed in other chalets with the same
Proposal, with lower value and much more exclusive service, breakfast a thousand times better. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage, and the towels were traditional, small in size, not even “bathed”.
Breakfast was what left the most to be desired, it came beautifully in that basket, however, the bread looked like it had been there for about 3 days, some hard bakery biscuits… sour grapes, 1 dose of coffee only (and not very good ) . Lots of beauty, for little quality, so much so that we left practically everything in the basket, I expected more, because what pleases most about a hotel or inn is certainly the breakfast. As I believe it has only been operating for a short time, it can still improve a lot, sometimes even taking examples from other chalets close to them that have perfect service.
But in summary it was a good stay, but not
I left wanting to go back, unfortunately.

We received a very bright and confident warm reception upon arrival. The lodges are clean & new this year. The small kitchen was practical for our stay. We could either explore the wild wonders around Pedra Azul, agrotourism (eg. local coffee & strawberries) or sit in the jacuzzi and relax. The bedding was pretty comfy too. The environs in and out of the lodge, where as wonderful as at any high-end hotel that we’ve stayed in. I hope the team that cares for the lodges can continue to grow this place for a long time.

Uma boa estadia!

O chalé tem um vibe boa, com uma excelente estrutura. Cozinha completo, alto falantes, cama boa… o banheiro deixou a desejar… a piscina que era pra ser aquecida não esquentava muito… o café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Experiência de 1 noite foi ótima, mas não repetiríamos!

Lugar incrivel , vista maravilhosa da Pedra do Lagarto. Região produtora de morangos e tomates. Comidas italianas e alemãs. Execelente passeio a uma natureza linda.
