خدمة عملاء فخمة

أردت فقط أن تقدر بشكل خاص المساعدة المقدمة من "ماركويل"، أحد خدمات صف السيارات. كان لدينا بعض الطلبات الخاصة التي كان يتوق إلى الوفاء بها، وقد تحققنا عندما مررنا مرة أخرى لاحقًا. الرجال هؤلاء يتركون انطباع أول رائع على فندقك!

فندق رائع

فندق رائع بشكل عام. ولا يمكن تفويت زيارة الموقع، حيث يمكنك السير إلى الملاعب وقاعة المشاهير والعديد من أماكن تناول الطعام. وقد اشتمل ذلك على إفطار جيد حقًا، كما كانت المشروبات والوجبات الخفيفة المجانية في المساء لمسة رائعة! وكان جميع أفراد الطاقم مهذبًا للغاية. واجهنا فقط عدة مشكلات. الأول هو أنه كان الصوت صاخبًا للغاية في الليل، ولكن هذا ليس خطأ الموظفين. لقد اتصلنا مباشرةً بشأن أن الغرفة القريبة منا كانت صاخبة للغاية، وقد اتضح ذلك بسرعة كبيرة. المشكلة الثانية هي أن موقف السيارات يبلغ 43 دولارًا في اليوم، بالإضافة إلى نصيحة! ! إنني أدرك أن وسط مدينة كليفلاند هذا هو ما يفرضه معظم الفنادق المحيطة أيضًا، غير أنني ما زلت أعتقد أن هذا مبلغ مفرط للدفع نظير صف السيارات. وإذا لم يتم تضمينها في سعر الغرفة، فيجب أن تكون 20 دولارًا أو 25 دولارًا كافيًا. مرة أخرى، لا تخطئ موظفي خدمة صف السيارات. فقد كانوا رائعين وكنت سعيدًا بأن أقدم إليهم نظير الحصول على الخدمة، ولكن التكلفة في حد ذاتها كبيرة للغاية.

8 - 11 أبريل، 2025 - منشأة نظيفة ورائعة وتاريخية. فريق عمل ودود ومتعاون. مكان متميز في قلب وسط مدينة كليفلاند بولاية أوهايو. سرير مريح للغاية. لا توجد حوض استحمام. لا يمكنك سوى التنزه سيرًا في الدش. لا شك أنني سأحرص على الإقامة فيه مرة أخرى وأنصح الآخرين بهذه الشركة.

إقامة مذهلة، مبنى ساحر، قيمة رائعة

فندق مذهل، وخاصة بالنسبة للسعر! مبنى جميل. غرف كبيرة جدًا. فريق عمل ودود للغاية ومتعاون. في مكان متميز يسهل الوصول إليه. وكان الإفطار المجاني أفضل من البعض، وكانت المشروبات المجانية والأطعمة التي تقدم في ساعة الحظ مفاجأة رائعة. أعجبتنا!

أفضل تجربة فندق لدينا على الإطلاق!

فندق استثنائي! الإفطار كان رائعا ولكن حقيقة أن وجبة ليلا والمشروبات أدرجت مختومة الصفقة في هذا الاستعراض. ثلاثة مشروبات مجانية في الليلة عند الإقامة ، مشروبات جيدة في ذلك! لم أقم مطلقًا في أي مكان لم يكن منتجعًا شاملاً وشمل الإفطار ووجبة ليلية ومشروبات! وليس مجرد زاوية صغيرة حيث يمكنك الحصول على بعض الطعام ، بوفيه كامل! الفندق نفسه كانت جميلة ونظيفة ، لكن الموظفين الذين جعلوا هذا المكان استثنائيا. كان الجميع ودية للغاية واستيعاب! إلى حد بعيد أفضل تجربة مررنا بها في فندق ، بالإضافة إلى أنها كانت معقولة! سوف نعود إلى كليفلاند وفي كل مرة سنبقى في فندق دروري بلازا!
