Gem in the heart of the city.

Great location. Beautiful upscale hotel with great staff. The room was excellent and relaxing. The breakfast was included and had a variety of fresh options. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and personable. They made excellent recommendations and made arrangements for several options.

There were bugs in bed very terrible

Working with the stars of the location I've been crying in insect-filled Christmas night on the bed in the uninterested room with fear-filled moments I've never been interested I've been acting like it's normal I don't recommend it to anybody any more

There were bugs in the room and bed

There were more than 8-9 bugs in the bed. They didn’t change rooms though I took the video and show it in the lobby. The hotel was old and bug boiling because it had fabric bedheads and carpets. It needed treatment, I chose the location because it was good, but it was a big regret. We spent the holiday night searching for clean, bug-free hotels. The staff is friendly when there are no issues, but not focused on troubleshooting. Do not recommend

Hotel is in a great location and offers a good breakfast. Front desk staff are not very friendly - we were a group of eight and multiple people noticed this.
Hotel is in need of maintenance - terrible smell from bathroom drains noticed intermittently in 3 of the 4 rooms we had booked. Fan/AC does not work so very hot in the rooms.
Noisy outside but windows do offer soundproofing.

Nicest hotel ever!!!!

It is fabulous hotel with old town spirit, just like it's location(You are in the middle of center).... Very good hotel's crew with very friendly reception, especially Mrs Dajana and Alma Nice and clean rooms... Very delicious breakfast thanks to main cook Toni Thank you guys and giving high recommendetations
