Convenient location, near a metro station

Location near supermarket, shopping centre and a metro station (Line U4) that reach the city center in a few minutes, very convenient. Clean and very spaccious property. Very well equipped in the kitchen. The owner was very kind and helpuful.

Very comfortable place to stay and see Vienna

There are some different apartments "covered" by the name Apartment Bilici. We (family of 4) have booked two bedrooms apartment and we have stayed there 7 days. We had super comfortable stay – we could find in the apartment everything what is needed for long stay – even things that you usually take when traveling as cosmetics or tea. Fully equipped kitchen with many various devices allows staying there even for people who want to cook every day. A/C, Washing machine and dishwasher are the next advantages of this apartment. Everything was working well. Apartment is very clean, comfortable beds, good number of towels. There are also many decorative, elements to make guests' stay pleasant. Location is the next great advantage – very short walk to U4 stop (and one stop ride to Schonbrun or a few stops to historic centre of Vienna) Maida is fantastic host. She provided us with a lot of practical information and later, during stay she was all the time ready to answer our specific questions. This is really the place, which allows having comfortable stay in Vienna. We are sure we will come back to Apartment Bilici.

Prima locatie op 1 km. van schonbrunn. Heel fijn bed met meerdere kussens, smart tv, bankstel en tafel met stoelen. Ruime keuken met vaatwasser en voldoende servies en bestek. Het appartement beschikt over een vaste airco.
Goed ontvangst met uitleg door de zoon van de eigenaresse. Parkeren kan een paar 100 meter verder in een ruime parkeergarage (5 euro per dag). Verschillende supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand.
Het appartement zit in een oud gebouw. Twee trappen omhoog met zware koffers was iets minder. Verder was de badkamer aan de kleine kant. De ruimte tussen het toilet en de wastafel was te krap waardoor je niet recht op het toilet kunt zitten. Daarnaast ging de deur van de badkamer niet dicht. De verlichting in de keuken en badkamer gaat automatisch aan en uit. Dit was in de nacht niet fijn.

Un appartement très agréable, au calme, et proche du métro.
Un accueil irréprochable avec explications du quartier et des lieux conseillers dans Vienne.
Une adresse a retenir...pour y revenir absolument

Ospitalità è la parola d’ordine

Siamo appena stati a Vienna per il weekend di Pasqua e l’accoglienza è stata magnifica. L’appartamento che avevamo prenotato aveva avuto dei problemi proprio la mattina del nostro arrivo, ma il nostro host ci ha offerto in alternativa un appartamento a 50 metri di distanza. Ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e si è premurato più volte di sapere se ci trovassimo bene. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati! Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, a due passi dalla metro! Credo proprio che ci torneremo!
