Great location, Friendly staff, Well maintained
Great location, close to beach and all facilities, shops, cafe's, dining and bars including the surf life saving club. Car parking under the facility is good, easy in and out. Resort is centrally located to trip off and explore the greater region. The resort is an older building, rooms are privately owned and rented out, some permanent residence on site. It is very well maintained, very clean, was freshly painted and really was spotless. Reception staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful and welcoming, easy to talk to and always happy to assist. A couple of items of equipment were undergoing repair, but all good, that happens, it didn't impact define the holiday. If you are looking for a self contained option this is a very good place to consider, it really is a hop step and jump away for everything you will need, including the supermarket. Also just a very short walk to the marina, lots of tour options from there plus dining and bars as well, great area.

Spacious apartment and balcony. Good garageparking. Close to nice restaurants down at The Wharf Mooloolaba area

Pleasant family stay
Accommodation was clean with pool view. We had a standard two bedroom apartment. Bathroom looked to have been recently renewed so was nice and clean. Hairdryer was terrible, recommend byo.
Dryer and washing machine is always handy when travelling with kids. Just bring your own washing detergent if wanting more than one wash.
Same with dishwasher powder and dishwashing liquid - byo if planning on doing more than one wash.
One of the single beds was quite saggy and all the pillows were hard like sacks of cement, so recommend byo pillow if you are fussy like me ☺️
Had all the basics you would expect in an apartment, vacuume, iron, etc. We also found it a good size for family of four. We were in the second floor with balcony, so something to consider if you a travelling with young kids and have safety concerns around balconies and doors can be easily opened.
Also no security latch on external doors or locks on internal doors.
Found the pool was too cold to swim in which was such a shame as I was really looking forward to it. Kids did brave the temperature and had fun.
Gym and steam room available but didn’t use these while I was there so cannot comment on these.
Parking is included but is first come first serve, although enough available during our stay. Ensure you know your rego when you check in as it gets recorded for the parking.
You are expected to clean up after yourself before you check out, so dishes done, rubbish bins emptied etc, so something to plan for if you are tight on time. Otherwise the resort will charge $50 and they do this for you.
Recommend BYO pool towels, otherwise $5 to hire per stay or $20 to purchase.
Location is good, short walk to beach and shops.

The room had almost everything one needed to feel at home. Well appointed, clean, great location to the beach, eateries, bars, retail etc...And the staff were most friendly & helpful. The "only" gripe was the lack of light block out on the windows.
