A well-located hotel, convenient for exploring the city and easily accessible by public transport, including bus services to and from the airport. The tram services within the city being free is a great bonus. Daily room service with regular replenishment of toiletries was appreciated. Early check-in and baggage storage until departure were excellent touches. Thank you for making my holiday a truly pleasant experience!

My kid enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. The room itself was ok, but the aircon a bit noisy. The breakfast bar has a variety of options which is good. However we didn’t quite enjoy the food. We tried Luna 10 bar, unfortunately didn’t like the cocktail the bartender suggested and made. Overall, it’s a good hotel for family to stay and have relaxed time.
